What they need open
The browser phone has to be signed in and available. A closed laptop does not ring. Gyms and studios who sit at a hardware phone use a SIP desk phone instead.
The same account as the texts
The browser phone, the numbers, and the SMS keys belong to one organization. A follow-up text about a member calling about a class or a membership uses the SMS API if the person opted in.
