Business hours for Restaurants
Hours decide whether restaurants are open. A call about a guest calling about a reservation or an order during open hours can ring the desk or the receptionist. The same call after hours goes to voicemail.
Open means a live route
During the hours on the location, restaurants ring phones, a queue, or the receptionist if it is enabled. The receptionist never starts just because a call arrived.
Closed means voicemail
Outside those hours the assistant stays off. The caller leaves a message about a guest calling about a reservation or an order unless a forward sends the call to another number.
One set of hours per location
A second shop needs its own location and its own hours. Restaurants should not share one schedule across two cities if the desks close at different times.
